Case management is an umbrella phrase that covers planning and execution of planned and unplanned activities by an organization with a goal to resolve a value-yielding outcome for end customers. Oracle recently completed its BPM technology stack with broad case management functionality and is now able to deliver case management capabilities in a variety of flavors that combine packaged applications and middleware technology.
