
With a text signed by Maria Cecilia Loschiavo and photographs by Andre Nazareth, the book delves into the artisan universe of carioca designer Carpenter Zanini de Zanine, gathering about of 40 pieces produced with recycled wood, in limited editions, in his atelier in the district of Indigo, in Rio de Janeiro. With the pieces seen in series, it is possible to note various stages of work, from solutions and recurring elements that are embedded by Zanini, the straight lines of the first pieces to a define aesthetics curves that continue, passing by finishes that were streamlined or enhanced.. In the book, Loschiavo underscores the quality and interest generated by these products and investigates the relationship of craftsmanship of Zannini with what was produced by his father, José Zanini Caldas, in the decades of ther 1970's and 1980's.
