Research on the Future Development of Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Law is an academic monograph that systematically examines the interaction between artificial intelligence technologies and intellectual property (IP) law. Against the backdrop of the rapid rise of generative AI (AIGC), the book explores AI's dual role in the IP ecosystem-as a powerful tool for IP management and enforcement, and as a novel creator of content and inventions. Focusing on key controversies in copyright and patent law, it provides a comparative analysis of judicial practices across the United States, the European Union, and China, highlighting both convergences and divergences regarding authorship, inventorship, originality, and patentability. Building on these findings, the book proposes forward-looking research agendas including the construction of normative legal frameworks, economic and social impact assessments, and the design of international governance mechanisms.
