Author Description

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First International Conference on Blockchain, ICBC 2018, held as part of the Services Conference Federation, SCF 2018, in Seattle, USA, in June 2018. The 16 full papers and 7 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 36 submissions.
