The Queensland Government, through the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy, is reviewing the Water Plan (Condamine and Balonne) 2004. The water planning process is prescribed in the Water Act 2000. This report assesses the ecological risk of water resource development associated with the Condamine and Balonne Water Plan. The report describes the critical flow requirements, assessment and measurement end points, and thresholds of concern identified for each of the prioritised ecological assets in the plan area, along with the methods and supporting information used to derive these.
