The interRAI Acute Care (AC) and Acute Care for Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (AC-CGA) Applications Manual is designed to support clinical assessment and care planning; in addition, it provides valuable administrative tools. The applications described in this manual are derived from the observations delineated in the interRAI AC and AC-CGA User¿s Manuals. They are calculated using computer algorithms that are defined in the Technical Supplement to this manual.
