Tai Chi and Tao is the essence of Chinese culture, wisdom, and civilization. They are the "Mysterious Female" and the "Root of Universe" named by Lao-Tzu, which cultivated myriad outstanding talents and created brilliant ancient Chinese civilization. So they are the "Gate of All Wonders" to understand and to study Chinese fine culture. However from ancient times to the present there is no evidence to show that there is anyone who has used common, clear, systematical and integral language to explain them. Still further, no one put Tai Chi, Tao of Lao-Tzu, and Tai Chi Quan three of them closely together from theory to practice to make a systematical and integrated explanation used for daily life, Tai Chi exercises, and for practicing Tao.....
