The second edition of Reach contains a multimedia CDRom, video footage, an accessible It's My Life Pack and a full service review pack. The resources include: 11 standards - clearly defining what supported living is; easy to use process for people to determine if their service really is supported living, written in easy to understand English and tested by people with learning difficulties; a read across to the National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care and to the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework (UK); video clips of good and bad supported living - helping people to think about their own service and how good it is; and an ability to export and analyse data, printing reports and other information. The pack contains a Service Review Pack, It's My Life pack and CD.
