Author Description

Billie DeMarino, a travel agent in suburban New Jersey, trains as an EMT. Within five months of her first emergency call, the stress of this work has eroded her already unsound marriage. Terror takes over when Billie's squad leader is killed on a call and, shortly thereafter, her neighbor is injured under mysterious circumstances.
