This book includes over 300 recipes, as well as chapter introductions and sidebar anecdotes that provide glimpses into the history and personalities of the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra. Many orchestra members, guest artists, patrons, and friends provide photos as a souvenir of the symphony in it's 75th year.
