One by one, the pretty majorettes are found dead, raped and horribly mutilated. The police can't seem to find a pattern or a motive for such depraved crimes, but blame the crimes on the gang of black-leather-clad bikers that hang out on the edge of town. If the police won't do anything, the kids are going to have to take things into their own hands.
