Pat Tierney's relationship with her daughter Tracy is tested when Tracy asks her mother to help find her partner, Jamie Collins, who has gone missing. Pat heads to cottage country to begin her investigation and learns that Jamie is considered the prime suspect in the suspicious fire that killed the man responsible for Jamie's sister's death ten years ago.
