The island continent of Kedoenial is under attack by the fearsome reptilian, Raptaren and their humanoid allies, the Keysoites. Each day sees the invaders move closer to their goal of resurrecting the demigod, Tydinor, who will bring about the enslavement of humanity. The fate of Kedoenial now rests in the hands of an 800-year-old man, Shanvaar, and a young girl named Iliya; though she does not yet know of her part in the looming conflict."
