A light-hearted treatment of the perils of relationships between the sexes which centres around the story of an uptight zoologist, "Girl Meets Ape" follows the exploits of Dr Jennifer Niederhauser at an animal sanctuary where the chimps are uncontrollable, but the keepers are even wilder.
