The events of September 11th, 2001 changed everybody's life, apart from Nigel's it seems. With his X Box, his TV and his spliff, Nigel blissfully continues a life of pure idleness, until a maverick cop on a covert mission puts Nigel back in touch with his estranged brother Karim and into a hot bed of potential terrorist activity at the local mosque.
