
Probably one of the best eating plans ever devised! Fruits and vegetables are the staples of this plan. Great for what ails you. Good examples of meals and an exercise plan you can actually follow no matter who you are- centered on walking. I would encourage everyone to give this book a look-see. Although written years ago- very up to date with current thinking
