Earlybird Discovery Guides are recommended for a range of Kindergarten and lower level primary (grades 1 and 2) students who are in the process of acquiring foundational decoding and encoding skills, but not yet reading fluently and responding independently to stories. Each guide is designed to be completed in six weeks, which allows students to comfortably work through four to five units in a typical school year.
