Author Description

Throughout this book of poetry I have tried to express many of my thoughts about life. I have always had a love for history, and some of my poems are based on past moments, such as an elegy on the tragedy of the Titanic, and an epic poem on the fight between David and Goliath. You'll explore the dimensions of our lives: the inevitability of death in "A Rose", misunderstandings in "The Ability", and obstacles in "Fake Locks". Another theme represented in my poetry is moments in our lives and how they affect us, such as "The Sunrise", and "Night". All of the poetry in this book represents a teenager's view on life, dreams that I still like to think about, even though at times they may seem bizarre. I have written each one from my heart, and all of them conceal some hidden truth. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
