Barney Beaver wants to change the world.Three thousand years into our future, the surface of the earth is covered by a yellow smog cloud called Big Yellow. Animals have taken over the planet and believe humans are to blame. Barney helps his father to construct a rubber band powered engine to stop animals using petrol cars, the engine works to great success leading to bigger tasks ahead.
