Kenny and Sylvia's Day Out tells the story of a cat and bird living in the same house, how they are best friends despite their differences. It is a day in their life where the lesson of kindness, respect and tolerance is imparted. No matter how unlike you someone may look or act we do well to treat all we come into contact with in a courteous and harmonious manner. The subtle anti-bullying message comes across gently without using that specific term.
