This password book is better for the following reasons: 1. ULTIMATE SECURITY: We don’t advise you to write down your passwords in their entirety. i.e., spelling out all their characters. Instead, we advise you to encrypt your passwords using some very simple rules. These basic rules are explained at the beginning of this book. 2. BETTER ORGANIZATION: Most password books are organized with alphabetical tabs. The problem with this system is that you can easily run out of space within some tabs with ‘popular’ letters, while other tabs remain mostly empty. This book uses a better index system: at the beginning of the book, you will find a table of contents where you can list the websites against the page numbers where you will find them. You can then list them in chronological order, alphabetical order, order of importance, or any other system you choose. 3. MORE SPACE: Most password books give you very limited space to record information against each website. In some cases, just three or four lines in total. This does not take into account the need to write down multiple passwords, as you change them over time. Or the need to keep other information specific to each website, such as ‘memorable information’. This is why this book is very generous with space. We dedicate one full page for each website and leave plenty of room for notes. 4. GENEROUS DIMENSIONS: This password book measures 6 x 9 inches; has space for 100 websites (and remember that each website extends over a full page); and 10 pages of notes at the end.
