Since the age of 19, I started the darkest fight of my life dealing with deep depression and anxiety attacks. During these times I learn to truly appreciate the biggest gift we received when we come into the world. "Happiness". Since then I have hit rock bottom over and over, even though these conditions can be medical, what I have learned, is that we must develop habits to gain our happiness back and the control of our emotions. Now my passion is to teach others to take courage to put the pieces back together. These quotes have inspired and uplifted me through those tough days. Now I want to share them as my gift to you.
