I Can Help You Eliza helps to run the school s minimart. She enjoys helping customers and being the cashier. When the owner of a provision shop near her home has a fall, she offers to help out at his shop. But he is doubtful she can do it. About the Author Lianne Ong stumbled upon writing books for children after several years of being a freelance writer. Her first book, Maxilla, is about her son and was published. It received Second Prize at the Samsung Kidstime Author s Award in 2016. Lianne is best known for her Stacey & the Museums series, which was published in collaboration with museums in Singapore. Stacey Goes to the National Museum (2014 edition) and Stacey Goes to the Peranakan Museum, received the Second Prize award at the Samsung Kidstime Author s Awards 2015. There are 5 titles in the series. Her latest book, Timmy & Tammy Discover: Singapore Hawker Food, is a useful resource on hawker food and the only non-fiction of its kind for children in Singapore. Lianne s education background is in Southeast Asian Studies and International Relations. She resides in Singapore with her husband and two children.
