This book is a nostalgic look back at my life growing up in a working class family in the North West of England in the post-war years of the 1950s and 60s.we didn't have the money or the privileges that children have nowadays, but what we did have was FREEDOM and imagination.In this book I describe the Town of Warrington where I was born, how it was the back then and some of the history of the town.it was an amazing period of change and advancement in our in our lives as we went from the poverty of the '50s to the comparative affluence of the '60s I hope it will be a source of joy to those who lived through those times and a wealth of discovery to those who didn't.
