If you ask the Holy Spirit, women are welcome in the ministry. Concerning girls and boys, my wife says, "There is no 'junior' Holy Spirit." Concerning women, "He is an equal opportunity Baptizer!" We need a new paradigm for what God sees when He calls and gives gifts to women. Let's examine the Scriptures again from a fresh viewpoint. If there are fathers in the faith, can there be mothers? Do we single-parent the church by excluding women from leadership? What if the Lord is releasing an army of anointed women workers in our day? Will we fight against it? What about the "problem" passages? What about ministry teams?
