Order Statistics and Nonparametrics are related to each other in a very intricate manner. In this volume, these two subfields have been combined to present an up-to-date account of the development of the theory and methodology of Order Statistics and Nonparametrics and their diverse applications in various fields. The contributors are internationally reputed statisticians and their papers reflect the current status of research in this active area. The volume is dedicated to Ahmed E.
