The Patent system in Europe will undergo major changes with the entry into force of the agreements establishing the Unified Patent Court and the Unitary Patent. It is in this context that this work was produced by practitioners for the use of practitioners. It consists of an organized analysis of the issues in the regulatory and legislative texts that we will all be facing tomorrow. Such a work must be considered as an initial set of tools, comprising a large number of instruments in order to facilitate its practical use.
