This book: Venezuela. Some Current Legal Issues 2014, is the recollection of the National Reports submitted by Venezuelan law professors (A. R. Brewer-Carías, H. Rondón de Sansó, E. Hernández-Bretón; C. Madrid Martínez, A.I, Rondon García; C. Nikken, S. Abache Carvajal) to the XIX International Congress of Comparative Law, held in Vienna on 20-26 July 2014. This edition has been coordinated by professors Allan R. Brewer-Carías and Eugenio Hernández Breton, of the National Academy of Political and Social Sciences that is the Venezuelan National Section of the International Academy.
