Melissa and Jenna have been the best of friends since they were seven years old. They've been together through thick and thin, each trial binding them even closer together. But when they go on a camping trip in the wilderness with a few other friends, a strange phenomenon comes upon Melissa. She gets a phobia of... hexapod invertebrates?! (And arachnids.) The fear quickly spirals out of control, undermining their friendship and wrecking the years of closeness the four friends had woven with each other. When one of Melissa's acquaintances begins to make fun of her, Jenna pulls close and starts to retaliate with her own smart responses. Thus begins a friendship war. But will Jenna and Melissa stick together until the end? Or will Melissa lose her closest companion in a flight of betrayal?
