In this third edition, Professor Tan Sook Yee is joined by Associate Professors Tang Hang Wu (NUS) and Kelvin FK Low (HKU) in updating the text. The updates have been extensive, to take into account what has recently been described by VK Rajah as a "sea change" in Singapore land law and many chapters have been substantially re-written to take these changes into account.
