A range of training modules for upgrading the management skills of construction managers and owners of small and medium-scale construction firms. Each module contains learning texts, together with worked examples, exercises and simulations to reinforce the learning. They serve primarily as a basis from which management trainers in the construction industry can build a curriculum to suit the needs of their own target group.
