It details how a prominent young Black psychiatrist was lured to open a practice in a small town. In reality, they brought him there to join the practice of another psychiatrist under FBI investigation --he would eventually be the "fall guy". A moral hazard instigated a contract on his life to collect the proceeds of a substantive life insurance policy.
