Author Description

For an exhibition in Venice, Delvoye constructed a Gothic tower that was drawn from his imagination and placed in the city like an exotic stranger. This work has been reproduced here, along with a number of the artists creations, in two-dimensional form as part of a colouring book. Almost impossibly complex in its demand for detail, the aim of this large scale production nevertheless remains to colour in the drawings with the accompanying set of colour pencils.
