A handbook which combines theory with practice, aimed at Consultants, Trainers and leaders of Organizational Change. The handbook, (with accompanying software and a Web site offering "modular" download capability) aims to help trainers: a.) Understand the Foundations of Appreciative Inquiry; b.) Appreciate the wide range of applications for Appreciative Inquiry; c.) Facilitate the teaching/coaching of others in introducing Appreciative Inquiry to a new group. Thus, tools and activities are included as Powerpoint applications, to facilitate group teaching and dissemination.
