Author Description

The essays contained in this volume were first delivered at the Tenth International Congress of Celtic Studies held at Edinburgh in July 1995. It was recognised that the archaeological and linguistic papers on the Celtic Iron Age included new data from a wide spectrum of locations - from Ireland to the Ukraine - combined with perspectives on and approaches to the data that were new and valuable to a UK context.
