this version of the kama sutra includes- 1. A special introduction encouraging open minded, spiritual reflection. 2. historical art and sculptures inspired by it the kama Sutra. In the literature of all countries there will be found a certain numberof works treating especially of love. Everywhere the subject is dealtwith differently, and from various points of view. In the presentpublication it is proposed to give a complete translation of what isconsidered the standard work on love in Sanscrit literature, and whichis called the 'Vatsyayana Kama Sutra, ' or Aphorisms on Love, byVatsyayana.
