The UFO phenomenon has been with us for thousands of years. Over the centuries, some higher authorities have condoned revelation of this mystery. The powers in charge now have done all within their capacity to destroy those who stepped out of line and defied authority. These forces include numerous governments and world religions. This novel deals with a retired Military Chaplain and his wife who defy the authority of his religious order and embark on a perilous journey. There is a reported crash of a UFO caught in a violent electrical storm off of the coast of Helgoland, Germany. The couple are joined by sympathizers to investigate the crash. At the scene they are informed that the military has already been there and "sanitized" the area./ Learning that bodies of aliens were recovered from the crash, they discover a military depository where the bodies were taken. They are plunged into a maze from which there appears to be no escape. Not only do they find the aliens "alive" but they pursue ways to release them. The adversary is ruthless, cruel and evil. Yet, the final countdown lends to a most surprising conclusion.
