The book includes 5 selected detective short stories by Mexican novelist and diplomat Rafael Bernal. He is famous for his crime novels and is a pioneer in the Mexican speculative investigative detective literature. His works are not only of artistic value but also a valuable archive of history. 1. THE STRANGE CASE OF ALOYSIUS HAND: Four people were murdered by arsenic in an envelope. The killer was obsessed with the art of murder. To him, murder was the pinnacle of art, but unfortunately, people always take it lightly. 2. HERO DON SERAFín: Don Serafín, the new rector of the university, was appointed after the previous rector, Don Leoncio, suddenly passed away.
