The Beauregard Plantation has been rumored to be haunted since the late 20's. Serial Killer, Stanley Beauregard, killed who knows how many people on the property. In 1976, the new owner decides to find out if the place is actually haunted by enlisting the help of mediums, psychics and other sensitives. The group arrives on April 1st to conduct their investigation.
