DICK THE DETECTIVE known as Richard Teddy appears after hearing SUE CARE BEAR crying. He introduces His friend LIONEL THE LION TAMER AND Marmaduke the ginger cat who Lionel mistakenly thought was a lion. Richard talks with old TED and Ted holds a meeting. He asks for group help, It is a book about little teddies caring for each other and as a group encourage PATRICK the POSTMAN (the 1st of the SECRET SEVEN) to come out of the dark hidden shelf corner. Others now are inspired and will later emerge.
