The Journal of Functional Foods in Health and Disease (FFHD) is a peer- reviewed open-access journal that covers various aspects of functional foods, bioactive compounds (Prebiotic compounds, Sterols, Minerals, Vitamins, Anthocyanins, Anthocyanidins, Caffeic acid, Dietary Fiber, Flavonoids, Flavonols, Flavones, Isoflavones, Lipids, Omega-3 fatty acids, Organosulfur, Phenolic acid, Polyphenol, Phytochemicals, Phytoestrogen, and more), and chronic disease management by bioactive ingredients. The FFHD journal now contains more than 180 articles. The journal is an excellent resource for PhD students, professors, food industry professionals, food scientists, nutritionists, dietitians, public health professionals, and food product developers.
