He graduated from the Kakatiya University in 1975 and done his MBA from Berhampur University 1982. Later he moved for his Phd in 1986.<br/><br/> He own his own resturant in Nainital. He has also worked in major hotels throughout India. His research area include service quality, customer satisfaction and service recovery. He serves on editorial boards of numerous prestigeous acadmic journals. Dr. Ram Naresh Mahaling is very active in presenting seminars and conference papers, both nationally and internatinally.
