This book contains simple retellings of three Christmas classics. The title story recounts the joyful birth of Jesus. In The Wise Men Follow the Star, the story of the three Magi is told. Shepherds of Bethlehem tells about a little shepherd boy who presents a lamb to the "Lamb of God".
