A chemical plant on a tropical island has a malfunction and leaks toxic waste. A special forces team is employed to look into the incident. A documentary crew also goes to the island to inspect the claims of flesh-eaters. Once there, the group is not only attacked by a horde of the undead but also by an infected cannibal tribe.
