Author Description

Jonah Lowell's search for the strange origins of his adoption draws him back to a New England town of his birth where he finds the national media gathered to cover the story of a slain adolescent. As his roots put him in the company of the townspeople involved, the pursuit of his own mysteries and those surrounding the murder lead him to confront the struggle between the desire for privacy and the malign powers of publicity.
