The first in the Marshall James Thriller series finds Marshall James deciding to tell what he knows from the life he's led. No in his 50s, Marshall has defied his prognosis as a cancer survivor but figures time may be running short. He has stories to tell, beginning with the murders at the Paisley Parrot, the bar he tended in early 1980s Hollywood. The Parrot was a mobbed up, dive gay bar, and the killing ground for one of L.A.'s most vicious serial killers. Marshall sets out to stop him before another friend turns up dead.
