He is a professor at Konkuk University where he teaches global business communication, and he is founder of BCM Educational Group that provides total language education services, including online, offline and publication services for all ages. He is the chairman of the Sunfull Movement, an international campaign he founded to encourage the posting of positive comments online to counter harmful, and potentially deadly, malicious messages that have become common on the internet. Additionally he is currently serving as Korea's Ambassador for Cyber Public Diplomacy. For more than 10 years, Dr. Min hosted his own television program on major Korean television networks. Dr. Min received his Doctorate in Education with an emphasis on teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language from Northern Illinois University. In recognition of his efforts to combat cyber-bullying, NIU named Dr. Min their Outstanding Alumnus of the year 2008.
