From the Author Self-Publishing the Write Way chronicles my experiences, often humorous, in writing, self publishing, marketing, selling and distributing two successful books in 1996-98. In addition, it relates some rather boring literary events from my childhood, mercifully abbreviated in deference to the reader, also a bit humorous. I believe this book will be helpful to anyone who, like me, enjoys writing, but doesn't enjoy a flood of "sorry" slips from unimpressed publishers. The book reveals all my secrets, up and downs, good and not-so-good happenings along the publishing trail.
