<p>The American Federationist was a magazine published by the American Federation of Labor (AFL) from 1894 to 1955. It contained articles on labor issues and news of the AFL and its unions. Volumes 5-6 cover the years 1898-1899 and include articles on the establishment of the National Civic Federation, the anti-trust movement, and the United Mine Workers strike.</p><p>This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.</p><p>This work is in the "public domain in the United States of America, and possibly other nations.
