The parent says, "My child is perfect, so it must be the teacher's fault that he's failing." The administrators say, "These test are perfect, so it must be the teachers' fault if the students are not performing." Our elected officials say, "The State is in a dire financial situation, so it must be the teachers' fault." I say, "ENOUGH!"
